"Commander. Duty is upon us once more. I bet my train against yours and lost, so I kept the salute and the seat beside you. Now pick your squad. We roll at noon."
— Major Victoria Steele, the Iron XO
Debriefed: Frontline Command is an adult card battler set on a war that should have ended ten years ago. You command the Iron Mistress, an armoured train, and her crew of officers. Every woman across the front line wants to stop you. Beat her, and she signs on.
Put up to five girls on duty. Every card you own of theirs goes into the battle, and you fight on a field of four lanes. Each turn you spend fuel to deploy your girls and issue orders, and the tank grows every turn, from three cans to ten. Snipers take the officer behind the line, surgeons patch your wounded, a radio singer turns enemy soldiers on their own commander. Hold your one artillery carpet bomb for the turn it clears the field. When a fight is already won, hit AUTO.
Sixteen women from six factions: your own Iron Garter Detachment, the Aurelian Imperial Army, the spies of the Nightingale Bureau, the Rustbelt Scrappers, the ghosts of the Phantom Legion and the Obsidian Directive. Push across four fronts, from the Ashen Front's trenches through Port Nocturne and the Dead Zone to the Black Citadel. Every recruit battle and every boss ends the same way: beaten, and on your train.
Spend the credits you win on supply crates: Ration Crates, Quartermaster's Crates with a rare or better card guaranteed, and the Commander's Airdrop with an epic or better. Each girl brings nine cards, most of them with an uncensored alternate art. Every duplicate becomes a star, and each star makes all her cards ten percent stronger.
Every officer you beat reports to your quarters, and every bottle of Officers' Reserve whiskey you pour takes her one step further. Each girl has six fully animated scenes, from At Ease to Court-Martial: she undresses for you, takes you in hand, between her breasts and in her mouth, rides you, and finally stands for her court-martial.
Victoria deals the cards and then deals with you on the map table. Natasha has you in her scope from the snow. Colonel Scarlett has felt nothing for ten years, until your hand. High Commissar Aurora preaches the Directive's creed right up until she's on her knees.
Ninety-six animated scenes, and every one you unlock stays in your quarters to replay.
