You, as the protagonist, make decisions as you interact with the three women you're stranded with. Your decisions affect the story, your romance, and the sizes of their pregnancies.

A few key features of the game:
Make lots of babies! - As you play through, if you build your relationship enough with any of the women, you can choose to sleep with them any night - all through their pregnancies.
Character Gallery! - Once you have seen any of the characters progress in the story, a full gallery is unlocked so you can view their pregnancy progression with each character clothed or nude.
Replay Mode! - After unlocking any of the 13 endings, you can re-view them from the gallery. Lots have tons of fanservice or enormous pregnancies!!
Unlockable Gallery! - Each ending unlocks special gallery images for your enjoyment.
