Experience Ashoka's World Conqueror persona in Sid Meier's Civilization VII, an alternate take on the base game leader with Diplomatic and Militaristic attributes. This strategy simulation adds a unique ability called Devaraja, which boosts production in cities from excess Happiness past a threshold and in unowned Settlements. Declaring Formal War triggers a Celebration that delivers massive Combat Strength gains against Fortified Districts for all units. The Without Regret agenda shifts relationships by penalizing the leader with the most tiles while favoring the one with the fewest. Players leverage these mechanics to conquer through smart production spikes and war bonuses. Strategy fans who enjoy simulation depth in leader-driven conquests will find this persona a sharp tactical edge.

Without Regret: Decrease Relationship by a Medium Amount with the Leader whose lands cover the most tiles and Increase Relationship by a Medium Amount for the one with the least.
