A Primal MMO Experience
Unleash your primal instinct. When coming to Yomaia, you will be able to play as more than 60 unique creatures, from little and cute herbivores like Dryosaurus, royal tyrants such as Spinosaurus or Tyrannosaurus, flying beasts as Pteranodon or sea nightmares like the Mosasaurus. As a dinosaur, you'll be the epitome of the food chain. Use your natural abilities and senses to stay off the menu and grow into a stronger and more capable creature. But don't be cocky, because humans would be around with their own methods capable of standing still against many of the animals that roam the island.
Engage with a living and ancient ecosystem as you become either predator or prey on a online interaction between more than 300 players per server, all of them hungry and dangerous as you. Form packs and herds, defend your offspring, hunt and claim territory, or craft your own weapons and vehicles to survive as a human in a land full of dark secrets more dangerous than any dinosaur. Form your own team and investigate the bowels of the island and discover the terrible truth!
Survival-Horror Revolution
Yomaia's core is based on a Survival-Horror style heavily influenced by the old games like Dino Crisis and the extensive action and survival gameplay from games like Evolve. As a survival you will experience a tense and difficult gameplay where you need to grow or die young. The Dinosaurs will need to progress through several life stages, from small and vulnerable beings to the titans that they were supposed to be. Using your special abilities and the awareness of the weather changes will be imperative for you to survive on Yomaia, unlocking (and evolving) on the process new abilities that will give you an unique gameplay each time. As a human the mechanic will be similar, with a more rpg component (depending on what kind of human you choose) where you will need to craft your own items to survive and even access to some unique places.
As for the game modes within Yomaia, you can enjoy the classic Survival Mode if what you like is to experience a semi-realistic experience in a paleo environment, growing your dinosaur and developing its abilities until it reaches maturity and conquers the island. However, we also have other modalities that will allow the player to enjoy the running riot in a legendary Free For All (FFA) or the old Sandbox concept, experiencing every possible dinosaur and/or human in its different phases and stages.
All this options (and more that will come in the future, like "Capture the Egg") will make from our game the definitive dinosaur game where everyone can enjoy and roam around the map as they desire.
