Trustfall's battlefield is a symbolic representation of the inner heart space within us, that transforms with your every choice. Instead of winning or maxing your stats,聽the goal shifts toward understanding and integrating.
Every battle is designed to result in 3 outcomes:
Choose LOVE: Offer empathy, understanding, and acceptance. Use skills like EMPATHIZE and FORGIVE to soothe pain and integrate these parts back to whole.
Choose FEAR: React with RESISTANCE, SUPPRESSION, or JUDGMENT. While seemingly the faster and easier path, you may come to realize that what you resist persists, and there is no true winning in a fight against yourself...聽
Choose ALCHEMY: Observe without judgment, LISTEN,聽INQUIRE, and seek the TRUTH. By choosing the appropriate alchemy trigger skill and telling the inner part exactly what they need to hear, you can transmute negative emotional energy, like ANGER into EMPOWERMENT, or SHAME into HOME, becoming an alchemist of your inner world.
