Explore a sprawling rural wilderness full of secrets as you become a porter in a secluded mountain village. Set out on expeditions in the morning, and wind down in the afternoon - in a flowing cycle of foraging, delivering and selling goods, and socializing at the edge of society.
SUSU (previously known as 'Samurai Sundries')聽is a casual single-player life-sim RPG where time moves at your own pace. Form close bonds with members of five rural families, who'll aid you in turning the village into thriving home.
Foraging, crafting, and social life
Wake up, and get to work. The surrounding wilderness is bursting with bounty, and becomes even richer as you play. Set out on expeditions to remote, untouched areas to gather the rarest of resources. Your days are separated into phases for work and socializing, with events like dinners, hang-outs and dates sprinkled in-between.
Rebuilding a village reclaimed by the wilderness
The resources you gather allow you to rebuild unique buildings in the village - unlocking new venues of gameplay and income. Set up workshops to process items you foraged to increase their value, and organize your storage.
Expand and decorate your store to attract more customers.
Unlock activities such as farming, sword training at the dojo, or fishing.
Customize a traditional Japanese home, and decorate the village.
Partake in local events, such as the themed marketplace where you can sell your own produce.
A misfit group of characters, doing their best
The full game will feature 12+ unique characters to meet and even date and marry. Deepen your bonds through an affinity system, while also building your reputation with each of the village鈥檚 five families, each with their own standing and influence.

Whether you're foraging, woodcutting, mining, fishing, or hunting -聽each stat levels up over time, allowing you to gather more effectively.
Your mastery level awards skill points to use in exchange for perks, allowing you to specialize into a specific profession.
Daytime cycle with no hurry
In Susu, the day is divided into phases, and time only advances when you聽run out of energy, or are ready to move on. You will never pass out because you lost track of time, or miss out on an opportunity that you forgot about.
You can optimize every moment for profit and gather riches - or take it slow, forge unbreakable bonds with your peers, and create a thriving community at the edge of society.
