For three years, Jian believed her infected father was gone forever. But a sudden, short letter from him changes everything. To find him, she must step into Rustown鈥攁 place where public authority has vanished, and chaos reigns.
What awaits her is a city torn apart by hatred: the 'Vigilantes' who hunt the infected, and 'Blue Fence', a fortress built by the infected to survive. Amidst this conflict, can Jian find her father and bring him home?
