Some things were never meant to be read.
Secrets are piling up on your desk. Somebody has to black them out before the public starts asking questions. Lucky you.
You've been assigned to the Office of 鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅. Don't ask what it stands for. Your job? Go through classified documents, find the words that matter, and make them disappear. What's in the documents, who wrote them, why 鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅 signed off on 鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅 ... not your problem.
Just do your job.
The Work
Memos. Field reports. Intercepted letters somebody probably shouldn't have opened. They all end up on your desk, and most of them are 鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅 which, honestly? Tracks.
You've got limited ink and not enough time. You can't black out everything, and you're not supposed to. The public gets to know something. You just get to pick what.
Miss a word and maybe nothing happens. Miss a few and the odds start creeping. It's not pass/fail. It's "how well can you sleep tonight?"
What You're Getting Into
Read everything. Skim at your own risk.
Ink runs out. So does your time. Pick your battles.
Scoring is a probability, not a grade. You won't know if you screwed up until it's too late. Just like real life.
The pile grows. Nobody is coming to help.
It Gets Worse
Sometimes the desk isn't enough. Sometimes they drag you in front of a 鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅 congressional panel and ask you questions you definitely can't answer honestly. Sometimes there's a shredder and a conveyor belt and too many documents moving too fast.
These are not hypotheticals.
Feels Timely, Doesn't It
Funny how a game about 鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅 government 鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅 feels so 鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅 right now. Weird coincidence. Don't read into it.
We're sure it's fine.
The Fine Print
No internet needed. No microtransactions. No 鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅鈻堚枅. Runs on a potato.
Cheaper than the coffee you'll nervously drink while playing it.
