March, March! is a minimalistic, turn-based wargame, in which Players control two opposing armies clashing on variety of battlefields. There is no randomness, so you can predict outcomes of the upcoming skirmishes and plan the whole battle ahead. Major emphasis is put on positioning your troops, outmanouvering the enemy and coordinating moves of diverse unit types.
Lead armies composed of units inspired by the 16th-17th century warfare, e.g. swordsmen, musketeers or hussars. You can get to the enemy鈥檚 rear with fast moving troops, fire at the enemy forts with artillery, order a daring frontal attack and many more. The game evokes atmosphere of the Europe鈥檚 early modern period thanks to the use of digitized, centuries-old copperplates from the collection of National Library of Poland and historical music pieces performed by Jonathan Sayles.
