Collect bacteria off the ground in the hospital and manage resources to weaken your patient while avoiding treatment. Perform surgeries on your patient that will keep the hospital going, but don't hurt them too much!
In-Game Level Editor - Play, create, import and share your own custom patients! Detailed level editor that lets you create your own, entire patient level from start to end, including check in, hospital stay, and surgery! Generate code-strings to save/play/import/share!
Three Unique Additional Challenge Levels per Patient! - The challenge menu will let you play each patient with three separate, difficult challenges that unlock achievements!
Surgery mode - Once you've finished a patient, you can select them in the surgery menu聽 section on the main menu to skip the hospital stay and go straight into surgery for fun!
As the leading doctor and surgeon of Malpractice Hospital, you will direct the patient mistreatment for the best possible financial outcome for the hospital! Each unique patient will arrive expecting treatment, and it is your job to often ignore that and do what you think is financially best; unless of course you could bill the insurance, and then you might as well do some actual treatment too!
For each patient's hospital stay, you will need to carefully manage your bacterial resources in order to make the patient sick enough to be ready for surgery. Other staff in the hospital will work to treat the patient against your wishes, so it is important you work quickly and efficiently! If the patient is fully treated before you can reach surgery, the hospital earns nothing, and we can't have that!
There are many pathways for getting a patient into surgery, and each patient will present unique ways, and challenges, requiring you to find the best pathway for each patient. You can spend your bacteria to instantly damage an organ, do damage over time, prevent treatment itself, or even acquire unique abilities or events that assist the patients mistreatment and hinder treatment.
Once you've managed to get the patient on the surgical table, nothing is holding you back from cutting out all the valuables you can from the patient! Take your time cutting, scanning, and using tools to get into the patient to find any hidden valuables they may have! Whether it be organs, swallowed gems, or rare insects, you'll know what to take when you see it.
As a surgeon, you'll have all the tools you'll need to be successful in your operation, unlocking more as you progress through different patients. Patients will have a limited time to be operated on so work quickly, just don't make any rapid movements! Making a mistake during a cut will injure the patient and can cause them to bleed out on the table!
Some patients have straightforward surgeries, unique fun surgeries, and others need require critical thinking and knowledge of your tools to tackle effectively.
