TEAM MANAGEMENT
This game is less about managing spreadsheets and more about the audio and visual aesthetics. Team management is very light and quick which keeps things moving along. Tasks include setting the depth chart, allocating scouting resources, drafting and signing players and coaches.
COACH CONTRACTS
Instead of multiyear contracts, a score system adds up all the achievements of a coach's season and weighs it against the AD/GM's expectations and patience. Make sure to keep them happy else you will be looking for another job.聽
