The ancient demon ASAG, the nightmare of the Sumerians, has awakened once again. Gather your cult of plague doctors. With its toxic breath, it corrupts the land, eradicates humanity with a demonic plague, and lures even the wisest into its darkness through eerie whispers. Work together to stop the plague that is wiping out mankind, cleanse the cursed lands tainted by dark magic, and escape before the darkness consumes you. Surviving will require courage, unity, and the power of ancient rituals!
STORY
The ancient horror of Sumerian myth, the demon Asag, was whispered long before the world had fully taken shape. His breath rose from beneath the earth, seeping into the veins of kingdoms and spreading plague like a prophecy. Mountains rotted, rivers blackened, and the bones of great cities crumbled beneath the weight of his curse. Yet humanity did not fall entirely, for Asag never lingered in one place. He carried his darkness from region to region, attempting to rebirth himself in every forsaken corner of the world.
We are the last healers of the shadowed cult that stands against him. Our duty is to disrupt his dark order, break the roots of the plague through mystical rites, and save those still untouched by corruption. Darkness may rise anywhere, and only courage, cooperation, and a race against time can contain it. Abandoned fortresses, cursed temples, forgotten dungeons, haunted shores... each one hides another attempt at Asag’s return.

Survive and Purify
Asag’s magic has tainted entire regions, and only ancient knowledge can cleanse them. You must gather clues, perform powerful rituals, and halt the spread of the black plague before it consumes everything. Your alchemical skill, sacred light, and ritual expertise form the core of your survival.
Co-op or Solo
ace this nightmare alone with nothing but your resolve, or stand together with up to four players to overcome the horrors ahead. Your choice shapes the pace, danger, and outcome of every mission.
Varied Maps and Ritual Challenges
Asag’s curse spreads across distant landscapes, each presenting unique enemies, ritual requirements, and environmental threats. From hidden temples to silent pirate coves, every map is another battleground where we, plague-doctor healers bound to an occult order, must stop yet another awakening. Our strength lies in sacred light, ancient knowledge, and unity.
Alchemy — The Heart of Every Ritual
Alchemy fuels your mission. Herbs, animal remnants, and rare components are gathered and transformed within cauldrons into purification essences, elixirs, and ritual catalysts. Each mixture disrupts the rebirth of Asag’s power and strengthens your ability to push back the spreading corruption.
The Power of Light and Darkness
Light shields you from the demon lurking in the void, yet it may also attract the attention of lesser horrors that roam the land. Darkness, meanwhile, is both refuge and trial. To survive, you must learn to strike a fragile balance, for the shadows never forgive those who linger too long within them.
The Edge of Death: Araf
When a player falls, their soul enters Araf, a boundary between life and oblivion. Here there is no death—only a silent threshold waiting to be crossed. Escape depends solely on the fallen player’s ability to navigate the darkness and find the path back. Araf is not the end; it is a decision point between returning or fading into the unknown.
The Ancient Reanimation Ritual
A soul that escapes Araf must be restored to its waiting body through a dangerous reanimation ritual. Allies must act quickly and with precision, for the ritual exposes them to sudden threats and ambushes. Their courage and timing determine whether their fallen friend returns whole—or whether the darkness seizes the moment to strike.
Psychological Horror and Mental Collapse
The plague warps the senses, twisting sound, bending shadows, and narrowing vision. The true terror lies not only in the creatures stalking the land but in the slow unraveling of your own mind as Asag’s influence spreads deeper within.
