A new day begins and you’re in charge. Review the situation, plan your guild's activities, assign staff, pick quests, and schedule maintenance, but choose wisely. Once orders are given, there’s no turning back! Time flows, money pours in, adventurers scramble, and reports pile up. Whatever unfolds, you’ll have to answer for all of it at the next board meeting!
4 phases per day (night, morning, afternoon, and evening) each with a distinct focus
Cyclical deadlines (weekly recruitment day, monthly board review, etc.)
Temporary events and dilemmas linked to the state of the world
Negotiate with factions, get your staff to transform their problems into adventurers' quests, and publish the most urgent, lucrative, or prestigious jobs. Launch a slime study for the Academy or exterminate the disgusting creatures to turn their loot into valuable equipment. It's all standard procedure!
