Go to the "Installed Files" tab and click browse:

If the folder does not exist right click MareQuest: An Interactive Tail in your steam library and click properties. Click the DLC tab and ensure the INSTALL button is checked next to the DLC. The file size should be a little over 500mb added on to the base game file size.
The default path on windows should be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MareQuest An Interactive Tail
