Gay Mode allows you to bone the boys running around BoneTown. When activated, gay guys will appear around the world and if your balls are big enough, they鈥檙e all yours.
Bi-Sexual positions allow you to have a threesome with a guy and a girl at the same time.
Now when you strip down a girl in BoneTown, you have a chance of finding a sexy surprise: some girls are now wearing racy lingerie under their outfits.
