Review the life events, lifestyles, digital life and almost everything about the dead to determine if they deserve heaven or hell. Each soul has their own life story and you get to be the judge. Along with life events, each soul has their own characteristic traits which include optimism, Manipulation, Kindness, Judgment and many more. It is possible you might feel a soul deserves Heaven until you see a certain event which changes the whole scenario. Don't forget to take testimonials from their friends, family or colleagues. That might get you some secret insights. The soul will try to defend themselves, but do you believe them ?
The company doesn't care if a soul was a saint or a sinner—they only care if you follow the rulebook. However, Total obedience of the Rulebook means inevitably sending terrible people to Heaven, causing chaos in the living world upon their rebirth.
The boss reviews your decision about every soul to determine if you followed the company laws properly. This will affect your Job Performance score which impacts few things. If your Job performance score is low, your salary starts to cut which affects your family members. You will regularly receive letters from your family informing how they are doing and how you can help them so they can have a better life.Â
The landlord will contact you if the rent is not paid in time. He will also threaten to kick your family out if you don't pay rent in a timely manner.
If your job performance score goes too low, the boss thinks you are sabotaging and can decrease the time you spend for each file which increases pressure and increases the chance of mistakes. It is best to avoid that situation.Â
Company rules are very blunt and do not consider any moral factors. You will need to use your moral beliefs to counter company rules and decide if you should send a soul to heaven or hell. Following company rules too strictly can cause destabilization on earth. For example - If you send too many souls who deserved hell to heaven, they rebirth and create chaos on planet which can increase violence on earth dramatically. This leads to more death and more work for you. This will also make your co-workers hate you more and they will try to sabotage your work.
