Chair Force is an RTT (Real-Time Tactics) game in which you secure dominance on the battlefield by eliminating enemy threats through multifaceted strategic decisions and mission execution. Set against the backdrop of a fictional Second Korean War, players take on the role of an AWACS (Airborne Early Warning and Control) operator, commanding advanced firepower and reconnaissance equipment to control the combat zone. You must employ diverse fire support, cooperate with allied forces, and make precise decisions at critical moments to lead your side to victory.

The campaign mode of Chair Force reflects the complexity of modern warfare, allowing for a wide range of tactical approaches. Players must adapt to fluid battlefield conditions and make strategic decisions using various tactics to accomplish missions. There are no single correct answers to specific missions; you can find creative ways to bypass enemy air defenses or call in massive fire support to weaken enemy forces. Throughout the campaign, the operator’s sense of responsibility and tension remains high, and every choice can determine the success or failure of the mission.
Combat Stages: Surveillance, Decision, Strike
Combat in Chair Force is divided into three stages: “Surveillance,” “Decision,” and “Strike.” Each stage requires strategic choices and precise execution.
Surveillance: Use UAVs to identify battlefield conditions, track enemy movements in real time, and relay information to allied forces.
Decision: Based on the intelligence gathered, decide whether to strike targets directly or indirectly support your allies by providing target information.
Strike: Directly engage the target or provide target coordinates to allies to effectively neutralize enemy threats.
All these decisions directly impact the battle’s outcome. As enemies respond and threats evolve, you must flexibly adjust your strategy.
Storyline
As the world is engulfed in the chaos of war, the Korean Peninsula once again falls under the shadow of conflict. Due to North Korea’s provocations and China’s ballistic missile attacks, South Korea has raised its alert level to DEFCON 1 and issued a nationwide mobilization. With martial law and wartime conditions in effect, all of southern Korea has become the front line.
All of North Korea’s forces are advancing southward. The Republic of Korea’s military fights fiercely to halt their progress. In the midst of this battlefield, you serve as an AWACS operator, controlling the flow of battle, neutralizing enemy threats, and leading allied forces to victory.
