Triage - about the game

In the town of Stagmarch, an otherworldly illness mutates residents, and you play the sole doctor facing scarce medicine. Over three days in a mansion-turned-clinic, meet patients with key roles in town, learn their stories, and decide who receives treatment as conditions worsen. Harvest herbs from the garden, craft medicines using prior doctor's notes, and risk making illnesses worse with mistakes. This free-to-play simulation delivers tough choices in patient triage, multiple bad endings, and an immersive atmosphere hiding clinic secrets. Fans of resource-limited decision-making and character-driven simulations will find its moral dilemmas compelling.

Step into the role of a doctor in the town of Stagmarch, where an otherworldly illness is mutating residents. Get to know your patients, diagnose their illnesses, and treat them. However, you have limited medicine, and every day your patients get worse. How far will you go to save others?
