Because it’s none of those things.
It just wants to make you laugh. It’ll even settle for a sharp exhale through the nose.
It’s not celebrating anything or writing any letters. It's not the second coming of Chrono Trigger nor will it make you feel something you last felt in 1999. This game is just a light roast by someone who grew up on JRPG’s and and now wants to make something that is basically one big inside joke. So come with me and let’s go find some girl’s missing cat by morning then discover the world is ending by dusk.
