What is the main premise? You wake up as a vampire and before figuring things out, stronger beings teach you a quick lesson. Together with friends (or alone) you have to negotiate the danger and survive. Vampirii presents the concept of vampirism in a novel way, staying away from some tired old cliches, while still remaining faithful to the fundamentals.
Immerse in a realistic gameplay loop. If you were to ask yourself "What would it be if I really woke up as a vampire?" then this game is for you. Manage blood levels, pay attention to the time of night, address the wear and tear of your clothes, and try to raise money for those hard-to-get things, while not making it too oppressive to be fun.
What does the Demo include? The Demo contains the raw version of what would be Act 1. It is better to look at it as a "free Early Access" to the first part of the game.
Vampirii also explores the idea of the purpose of vampirism. Friends and foes in the game may offer their insights about this to you, the player. If you choose the main line, part of your path will be uncovering the nature of your new condition and answering the question of "why?". Still, some of the elements of vampirism may remain hidden to you until the very end.
