In Hiroshima, there was an infamous shrine.Â
What was infamous about it, you might ask?Â
First, the shrine contained a god of desperation.Â
Gamblers, debtors, and gacha addicts came to pray.Â
Second, it was being used as a parking lot.Â
There wasn't a trace of divinity to be found.Â
Third, the shrine maiden couldn't care less.Â
She did the bare minimum. Pray, park, or leave.Â
As that dull shrine maiden swept the leaves,Â
a shooting star shot across the night sky.Â
She decided, as if she believed, to make a wish.Â
Before she could, the star crashed into her car.Â
"Across the vastness of space, we have arrived!"Â

The Seabed's Shining Star is a leisurely two hour read.
It's almost entirely a conversation between two people.
Make a cup ramen, settle down, and read it in one sitting.
There are no choices to be made, so progress as you'd like.
