Wielding a giant anchor and using Spectral, Elemental, and Eldritch powers, hack and slash your way through hordes of enemies. Use your Spectral Lash to grab onto far away enemies and shoot towards them to dole out the most pain you can. Throw out an Eldritch imbued anchor that emanates power to you, or twists the minds of enemies near it.
Progression
Level up by defeating monsters, taking what the items they drop to grow your arsenal. Hunt down mini-bosses to get their otherworldly abilities to use against their corrupted allies.
World
Explore the desiccated ocean floor as you fight through lands claimed by twisted, semi-sentient elementals, spectral forms of those claimed by the seas, and horrors from the deepest trenches. Fight through 3 zones that include mini-bosses, bosses, and hordes of enemies, delving into procedurally generated dungeons along the way to put your skills to the test.
Nonlinear Story
Messages in bottles can be read in your own time to discern how the previous chapter of the world came to a close. These personal messages left by your former crew mates convey the thoughts and nightmares of these fallen brothers and sisters.
