Richard Cox II is a no-life, plagued by severe autism and ADHD. A recent mutation afflicting the syphilis pathogen has caused the tertiary stage to go airborne, and the symptoms of dementia and mania to become exacerbated. To put it simply, the infected become zombies. This doesn't affect Mr. Cox much. All he has to do is survive 40 days in his apartment, and the pitiful misanthrope will never have to deal with people again.
