As your breaking power skyrockets, your ship evolves too. Engine tweaks and energy modules let you attract new and weirder asteroid types: explosive asteroids that detonate in glorious boom-showers, icy ones that shatter like cosmic glass, magnetic clusters, and even tiny chaotic black holes that fling loot everywhere.
Of course, it wouldn’t be space without troublemakers. Pesky competitor drones zip around trying to steal your rocks. Zap them into scrap to claim bonus materials and rare upgrade parts.
