Body temperature: Stay cool in the blazing heat and warm during freezing nights
Exhaustion: Rest is just as critical as food
Weight and calorie balance: Your body weight changes realistically based on what you eat and how active you are. Eat too much and move too little, and you’ll gain weight. Run on empty, and your body will burn fat to survive. It’s all about finding the right balance.
