Tapestry is an asymmetrical wargame for 2-4 players where you must lock in your actions several turns in advance and adapt to survive. Navigate the dangers and politics of the various armies on the map and seize your victory!

CHOOSE YOUR FACTION
In Tapestry, up to 4 armies clash for control, each with its own unique units, abilities, and win condition. Will you choose the mighty kingdom invading from the north, seeking victory through territory control? Or will you side with the undead legion, seizing the game by overtaking villages and spreading despair?
Every faction has several leaders to choose from, each with their own powerful passive! Will your army be led by the shadow walker, who can teleport across the board in an instant? or will you choose the juggernaut- an unstoppable force who forces their enemies to flee whenever they enter the area?
With so many combinations of armies and leaders on the board at any given moment, each game offers a fresh and exciting experience!
COMMAND YOUR ARMY
A game of Tapestry is divided into several Rounds- each consisting of 6 turns. At the beginning of the round, every player must pick 6 actions from their available pool and decide the order they will be played in.
Be careful though, as even the most well laid plans can quickly crumble in the heat of battle and your ability to adapt and overcome will decide who comes out on top in the end!
EXPLORE YOUR ARSENAL
Combat is determined via dice roll, with different units each having their own unique dice. Both Special unit and Leader dice have greater chances to hit and- depending on the faction- some surprises thrown onto them as well!
Deploy your units tactically- while some fights can be won with numbers alone, others may require a stronger warrior.
VICTORY THROUGH THE CHAOS
In such a dangerous and unpredictable world, sometimes diplomacy can be more appealing than conflict. Each team has a different win condition- this means that depending on the situation, two armies may not need to fight and sometimes a deal can be struck.
Keep an open mind, but be careful- a foe today could be an ally tomorrow... and a friend now may be an enemy soon.
From across the sea, a powerful empire has set its sights on these prosperous lands. Strike first and strike hard with your troops, taking advantage of your surplus of attack commands and the many rivers across the board to quickly engage and devastate your enemies.
Coming down from the far mountains, a mighty kingdom marches to claim the new territories. Set up tactical formations on the board to unlock powerful unit synergies and turn the tide with your catapults and cavalries.
The invaders have come, but these forests are far from defenseless. Use your unparalleled familiarity with the land to race between objectives and strike with archers from the neighboring tree line, only to retreat back into the safety of the forest where your traps lay in wait.
With the magic barriers gone, the ancient horrors that laid dormant have risen once more and with them an unstoppable army of the dead. Turn the rules of the game on their head and take advantage of the chaos to overwhelm and overrun any who may stand against the undead horde.
