The darkest day in intergalactic history is upon us. Don’s Taco Shop has been raided, and all the sweet, precious taco ingredients we hold dear have been taken from us.

As an Intergalactic Battle Rooster, you are a rock star, hotshot pilot; the crème de la crème of fighting forces, tasked with retrieving the taco ingredients for Don. Your skill, and reputation, knows no bounds.

Choose from an outlandish range of weapons and clever modifications to build your perfect starting tactics, then fight your way through bullet madness to uncover exciting combinations of new strategies and upgrades for your weapons and your pilots.

It’s time for these birds to take flight and fight.




Take on thrilling waves of enemies, culminating in epic boss fights in your quest to hunt down the missing taco ingredients (while looting a beak-load of upgrades to customize your fight along the way).

Pick your pilot

The Intergalactic Battle Roosters are the Pilots and act as the bedrock of your IBR playthrough. As you kill enemies and smoosh bosses to a fine pulp, you’ll unlock additional ways to add to the mayhem and layer on top of your initial choice of Battle Rooster.

As well as having a dash ability, pilots in IBR each have their own special and passive abilities. Killing enemies will charge up your special ability, ready to be triggered at the perfect moment to wipe out whole groups of pesky mother pluckers. It’s hard work, but someone’s gotta do it.



Select your weapon

Every weapon has its own unique feel and playstyle: from classic Miniguns and Missile Launchers, to exotic Mecha Worms and Wrecking Balls. As you play, you’ll learn what feels great to you. Will it be the old school methods, or something entirely new?

At the start of each run, pick from one of three random Modifications for your weapon. These "Mods" will add an additional ability, such as a Explosive, Chain Lightning or Poison Cloud rounds. Enough to ruin any taco thief’s day.



Boost your run

As you smash your way through hostile waves, you’ll find yourself picking up Mod, Weapon and Pilot upgrades along the way. These allow you to further customize your fight as you battle your way through space. Fowl play is definitely encouraged.

Mod Upgrades allow you to enhance your weapon modifications, adding more carnage to your Explosive rounds, for example.

Weapon Upgrades increase the efficacy of your core arsenal, by adding more bullets, or giving your weapons penetration damage to pierce through enemies and hit enemies behind.

Finally, Pilot Upgrades enhance your core Dash, Special and Passive abilities.

As you blow enemies into space dust, they’ll drop precious Gold, which you can spend at the end of each level to purchase upgrades.



Choose your path

At the end of each level, you get to choose which kind of Upgrade you want to see and what type of fight you’ll be up against next: whether it be a survival level, kill level, mini-boss or straight-up epic boss fight!

Your ultimate goal in IBR is to slay the bosses holding the precious taco ingredients you so desperately crave. Wars were not fought on an empty stomach, after all.
