Bodyless is a surreal VR journey emerging from childhood memory, shaped by the lingering shadow of Taiwan’s martial law era.
You inhabit the ghost of a political prisoner who died in confinement and returns during Ghost Month, drifting through the seams between memory and reality in search of home.
Folk belief and natural sensation form a fragile inner landscape, quietly infiltrated by an invisible mechanical order. Surveillance is omnipresent. Bodies, language, and memory are compressed into abstract, computable forms, as humanity gradually loses its weight in silence.
Bodyless is not a reconstruction of history, but a sensory meditation on disappearance and perception.
