A long time ago, BILLY HERRINGTON founded the city of SHINNIPPORI to end chaos and anarchy forever. Despite all the difficulties, this place flourished. Unfortunately, good times don't last forever and one day Billy disappeared without a trace. The power in the city was divided among many factions, which was the beginning of a bloody civil war.You are an ordinary BOY who came to SHINNIPPORI in search of a better life. What's wrong with BILLY? Who will become the new ruler of the city? How will this adventure change your hero and the world around him? The answers to these questions will be given by the plot of the game.
