The vast and cruel world of Ada is waiting for you to explore. You can choose whichever path you want as long as you can fight your way through encountered enemies. Find all secrets scattered across the land and water, and use the fast travel option to speed up your journey. Find your own way on your journey through carefully handcrafted and designed zones.
"Sometimes dodging is essential"
Combat in Ada is based on a combination of a basic attack routine with a secondary skill of your choice and potions/consumables. Every fight could end well with proper movement and dodging. Be prepared, observe, adapt, and survive.
Enemies in Ada are carefully designed to bring the highest amount of fair difficulty to the game. They are unique both visually and mechanically. Some will attack you alone with big combos or swings, and others will be fast, agile, and evade your attack, while others may group up to get you with numbers. Prepare for epic encounters with main and side bosses that fit the zone you are exploring.

You'll meet Ada, and as much as you'd want her to have an everyday, happy life, it's not possible in this land, at this time, in this world. Any job would be better than that, but there's no other one for you...

Traces of the land's history, rich and diverse, can be discovered strewn along your path. Whether in the form of paintings or vivid flashbacks, they reveal ancient battles, transforming dilapidated ruins into majestic castles, or significant historical events that shaped the world you now explore.

Use alchemy to create valuable potions and heal or boost your abilities. Your mixtures can also be thrown at enemies to harm, confuse, stun, or even turn them against each other. Collect herbs, crystals, vials, and other ingredients to create powerful potions. Each comes in different sizes, and the bigger the size, the stronger the explosion.
Potions can also help interact with the environment, burning things down or freezing the water. Who knows what that might mean for you and your exploration of the world of Ada...
