Our Doom, Our Savior
Large Language Mercenaries is a roguelite turn-based battler about protecting a fragile caravan with a single, initially very un-capable, AI robot. In a world transformed and devastated by AI, your mercenary fights on their own to protect humanity — while you choose their abilities, pick their targets, and block at exactly the right moment to turn an enemy’s deadly attack away harmlessly.
Choose Your Large Language Mercenary
Sam the Scout — a master of diverse weaponry who specializes in single-target attacks
Elon the Envoker — elemental magic: stack chill, ignite and shock, then cash it all in with devastating combos
Dario the Duelist — martial stances where every parry strikes back
Wann the Wainwright — gadgets, turrets and munitions to keep the caravan rolling
Train, Learn, Upgrade
Every level-up is a new version of your AI robot. Pick upgrades in training, crack open chests for items with set bonuses, and spend scrap in the Workshop to enhance, assemble, salvage and repair. No two runs build the same.
Choose Your Path
Branching routes through the Random Forest, the Weighted Castle, and the Gradient Descent, with elites, special events, battle curses, and bosses like the "Cannon in D."
Parry Or Die
Time your blocks to shrug off hits — nail the timing to parry, and some mercenaries strike right back. Miss, and the whole room hits your caravan at once. This turn-based battle game has real-time elements inspired by Super Mario RPG and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

Death is not the end. Bank Data between runs for permanent upgrades, unlock relics and new mercenaries, and climb harder difficulty tiers.
