- Learn about your workers’ strengths, weaknesses and worries while treating them to a drink, harness your knowledge and their trust to use them to their full potential
Deal with fellow players
- Send dedicated trade convoys to neighboring villages, buy goods your village needs to prosper and sell off the wares you can spare
