One lake. One grandpa. One mouth.
A lazy summer at Grandpa's place, and he makes you a bet: drain the lake, and the golden something at the bottom is yours. One condition — every drop goes into his mouth. The scoreboard by his deck chair reads 39,124,517 spoons. Scoop, carry, pour, and hit the rhythm of his gulps to make each spoonful count for more. Run too fast and half of it ends up in the sand.
Upgrade your spoon
Grandpa pays in bottle caps for every spoonful poured in. Spend them on new ways to water him: a glass you can run with, a bucket in each hand, a backpack tank with a hose straight into his mouth, a sponge the size of a sofa, a catapult, and an inflatable duck pool that takes all four of you to tip over. Nothing is automated — the water only flows while you work. Sometimes the scoop brings up more than water: a boot, a fish, false teeth, a key. Grandpa spits them out, and you trade them in the shed for caps. You can even upgrade Grandpa himself: a funnel, a looser belt, a thermos of coffee, a diaper.
Don't turn your back on the goat
Everything gets in the way. Grandpa fills up and wanders into the bushes — and the counter rolls back. He dozes off with the hose in his mouth until four friends yell "GRANDPA!" over proximity voice chat. The goat rams you from behind, bucket and all. A bored mermaid sings and pours the lake back with a fire hose — she has a quota. The lower the water, the more the lake fights back: mud, leeches, piranhas. Online co-op for 1–4 players, no classes: roles sort themselves out, and every plan works roughly never.
