Liaoyuan Huo, leader of the organization of assassins called "Handicapped Warriors", wields weapons like spears and throwing knives and concocts unconventional schemes. Sima Yi commands the members of the "Handicapped Warriors" like weapons, and makes use of a multi-faceted and ingenious intellect in his strategies, schemes, and management.
